I promise I will try and slow down the posts...and we will try to do short videos as well once we get our bearings.  It is a lot for us to take in and we really want to make this memorable but also helpful to those thinking about coming over here fro IVF.


After our trip to Gebze we were picked up by the shuttle and came home to make dinner in our enormous kitchen.  Here are the results...

Had to improvise a little since I don't have all my wonderful appliances. Worked out great since I just kept it simple.

By the way..the tomatoes are awesome and they smell like tomatoes should...dirt!

Grilling bread for out Panzanella Salad

Grilled Salmon over rice with a Panzanella Salad,  This is the size of a salad plate in the US.  We could learn a thing or 2!

Turned out pretty good for a tiny kitchen.  




More to come tomorrow after we travel to Pendik to a local street market...
